May 5,2015- In 3 days i will be 43, I'm out of shape and want to be fit. I have wanted this on and off almost all of my life. I do good for awhile and then fall off the wagon.

Today my son and I went and played tennis for an hour. Im not good at all but its being active that counts right.

Today i got home around 8 am from work. I had a scone on the way home and a bite of chicken. Then bed. At noon I had a b and j.   3 pm I had a bite of chicken and some squash.

OMG its 2015 where has the time gone.Im still 195 a little lighter then the 213 i was but you would think in 5 years would have changed. Im 43 and being a nurse see people my age die from heart issues, diabetes ect. My brother is getting married next yearend i really would like to look and feel good. I ran/walk a 5k yesterday in 48 minutes. I would like to improve my time. starting the day off bad i ate a peanut butter bar but i can work it off at the gym today. trying to run the 5k in 46 minutes today.

hiked elk run loop .08 miles then worked 12 hours
