In order to do that I need to get healthy, so my husband and I are starting this journey to get fit and fab before 40. I ve tried all other diets before and most worked when I followed there strict regimen. That doesnt mean I felt better. I now suffer from anxiety, high cholesterol, obesity, aches, pains pre diabetes. So I want to get my life back. Ive read so much on Paleo. Its a really back to basics kind of lifestyle, anything they ate 100 years ago is good to go. No breads, pastas, limited dairy is I must, no processed foods. Today I started with a hike following my 2 young sons on their bikes. I made some paleo pumpkin soup 2 bowls it was yummy, a banana and small piece of steak.yonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16646358539753910631noreply@blogger.com0
